By making a booking, subscribing to a service, or becoming a member of Appleaster, you agree to follow this Renewal Policy.
1. Automatic Renewal
Some hotel bookings, loyalty memberships, or subscription services on Appleaster may be set to auto-renew at the end of the period, unless canceled before the renewal date. By enabling automatic renewal, you authorize us to charge the renewal fees to your saved payment method.
2. Renewal Notification
- We will send you a reminder via email or through the Appleaster platform before your renewal date.
- The notification will include details about your renewal, pricing, and options to manage your booking or membership.
- It is your responsibility to keep your contact details updated to receive these notifications.
3. Cancellation of Automatic Renewal
- You can cancel automatic renewal at any time by going to Account Settings on the Appleaster platform or by emailing us at [email protected].
- If you cancel before the renewal date, your subscription or booking benefits will remain active until the current period ends.
4. Refund Policy for Renewals
- Renewal fees are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.
- If you cancel after the renewal date, no refunds will be provided for the charges already processed.
5. Changes to the Renewal Policy
